Marketing and Fiscal Analysis for Northern Raynham |
Identifying the market viability and fiscal impacts of a range of development scenarios for environmentally sensitive, commercially zoned land in northern Raynham, which is under consideration for locating a future commuter rail station.

Fiscal Impact Analyses/ Impact Fee Studies |
Larry Koff & Associates are working together with developers in several cities and towns in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to project the potential fiscal impacts and population growth that will occur as a result of proposed development projects. Many of the projects involve an affordable housing component under Chapters 40B and 40R. Recent projects have also focused on fair application of Impact Fees and Permitting Fees under Rhode Island's enabling statutes. |
